Crocodile, cold calling and yoga
br p sound down keys vibrate… desk telephone and lost most of the attention of people in the Office. It is 8.12 in the morning. I released my last bow slowly Excel during my left arm and keep a chair next to my desk, I have my feet quickly drag. Now I am ready to work. I Yoga for over three months. It helps me integrate my work in my daily life in many ways. First Yoga food components in various categories - so I eat. In the second Yoga - is my biggest mental exercise: I'm "cold calling" to survive. You can imagine, I go through how much stress, as one falls of you answer the phone with a strong negative language I call at and then falls the phone anyway.. I live the phone all day just by the call and sale./p Yoga certain parts of the brain activated, stimulates the endocrine system, muscles, get the power of the people and the immune system are all incredibly better. I sell my life and never so much healthier and happier since the day I started yoga. I train 10 minutes in the morning, 10 minutes for lunch. The effect is the most amazing feeling completely rejuvenated ready to work body and mind and I would tasks with a new level of energy, not in my whole life have seen. I learned that my stress, my blood pressure and breathing control./p control p it's almost 11 - I jumped on the desktop and froze line in a crocodile: standing on the hands - I keep my eyes closed for a few minutes lunch./p I stretch my toes, I feel no pain in putting together the top of my head with my Hill.
